"God Says: Do Not Fear - I Am Building Goshen!" - Nate Johnston, Dallas, TX

It Is an Hour to Crush the Enemy Under Your Feet!

Earlier in the year, I had a dream where I was being pursued and chased by a demonic principality. In its wake, the earth was being stirring up into chaos, famine, financial recession and tormenting fear. I was running but it was hot on my tail, and I was doing everything I could to dodge its grasp. I felt surrounded and hopeless; everything inside of me was feeling like this was the end, and life as we knew it was over.

Suddenly I heard the voice of the Lord say, "What are you running from? Do you not see what I am doing in the earth right now? Do you not see through the storm? Do you not see through the chaos? And even in the war being waged at your doorstep, I am giving you eyes to see. The hour that is upon the Church is not an hour of fear, nor is it an hour to run, but it is an hour to turn around, pursue the enemy on your tail, crush him under your feet and reveal My glory in the earth!"

"Childlike Faith and Treasures of the Deep" - Wanda Alger, Winchester, VA

On a recent day, I was struggling to maintain my focus and attention on the things at hand. Though I take my responsibilities seriously, and deeply care about the people I reach, there is something else that always tugs on my spirit. It is that unseen realm where I know all truth, goodness, purity, and freedom reside. It is that realm of the Spirit where there is absolute peace and total victory over the darkness.

I think about the many others who feel the same battle in finding some equilibrium in these challenging times. Being assaulted on a daily basis with conflicting reports and so many unknowns, something inside of us just longs to be free from it all. I begin to wonder if the struggle is as real as it feels, or merely an exaggeration of my own unsettled thoughts.

"The House That God Is Building" - Chris Reed, Fort Mill, SC</h4

"Now it came to pass when the king was dwelling in his house, and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies all around, that the king said to Nathan the prophet, 'See now, I dwell in a house of cedar, but the ark of God dwells inside tent curtains.' Then Nathan said to the king, 'Go, do all that is in your heart, for the LORD is with you.'

"But it happened that night that the word of the LORD came to Nathan, saying, 'Go and tell My servant David, "Thus says the LORD: 'Would you build a house for Me to dwell in? For I have not dwelt in a house since the time that I brought the children of Israel up from Egypt, even to this day, but have moved about in a tent and in a tabernacle. Wherever I have moved about with all the children of Israel, have I ever spoken a word to anyone from the tribes of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd My people Israel, saying, "Why have you not built Me a house of cedar?"... Also the LORD tells you that He will make you a house.'"'" (2 Samuel 7:1-7, 11)  Read more ...

An Open Letter to the Good Men at the FBI --

Albert Einstein - The State and the Individual Conscience (excerpt)

The problem with how men should act if his government prescribes actions or society expects an attitude which his own conscience considers wrong is indeed an old one. It is easy to say that the individual cannot be held responsible for acts carried out under irresistible compulsion, because the individual is fully dependent upon the society in which he is living in therefore must accept its rules. But the very formulation of this idea makes it obvious to what extent such a concept contradicts our sense of justice.

External compulsion can, to a certain extent, reduce but never cancel the responsibility of the individual. In the Nuremberg trials this idea was considered to be self-evident. Whatever is morally important in our institutions, laws, and mores can be traced back to interpretation of the sense of justice of countless individuals. Institutions are in a moral sense impotent unless they are supported by the sense of responsibility of living individuals. An effort to arouse and strengthen the sense of responsibility of the individual is an important service to mankind.
