The God of the Storm Dream

From Andrew Whalen's book, Dreams to Save a Nation: Day 13.

(Dream received on September 1, 2022.)

In my dream, I found myself riding in a vehicle with "President" Biden and other high-level players on the governmental scene. I overheard them talking about their alignment with deep-state agendas and plans (I was aware that their goal was to destroy America), and I rose up in a fury. With a prophetic intensity, I declared to them, "Have you not heard of the God of the storm?" I continued, "What He will unleash from Heaven against you will not be stopped." At this point in the dream, I recognized that Biden and the other leaders realized I could be trusted, and they took off their faces (masks).

I was shocked, and I realized that these governmental leaders were actually pro-American and God-fearing people operating an intentionally misdirecting show of political theater. One of the political leaders who took his "face" off was actually Charles Bronson underneath the mask.

Partnered to Pray

I woke up the morning of July 24, 2025 burdened in the spirit to pray. I was feeling such grief in my soul that I couldn't attribute to my own circumstances, so I inquired of the Lord as to how He was feeling that day. I have learned through the years that when we surrender our entire souls to the Lord, He will often trust us with His emotions. When we recognize this, we can partner more effectively with Holy Spirit to release the will of God in the earth with the same heart that Jesus has as He intercedes for us in Heaven.

It was then that I had a vision of John MacArthur and Ozzy Osbourne. Both men were standing on either side of Jesus, bitterly weeping over the lost legacies God had hoped for them to leave and over the witchcraft they had released across generations.

I believe this is a season in which the Lord desires to bring deep healing and renewal to our souls, positioning us to reign victoriously with Christ in the fullness of His promises. Just as the Lord, our Shepherd, restored David's soul in Psalm 23, He desires to do the same for us.

I recently heard the Lord say, "This is a season in which I will give beauty for ashes in amplified ways. My transforming anointing will destroy yokes of oppression, hopelessness, and resulting bondages. It will be poured out in great measure. 'Soul strikes' will be healed, bringing full recovery to My people. The Soul Is Porous

Among the numerous intricate and beautiful aspects of the human soul, there's one quality that serves all others: the soul is porous. This indicates that besides our hidden strengths and abilities, the soul is also influenced and molded by what's around us. We adopt customs, language, habits, virtues, and vices mainly by absorbing the reality that envelops us. Truly, the essence of life as we perceive it is formed by the inward reception of these external realities.

Thus, the soul, while it is born with innate powers, is also the product of its times and circumstances. Because we live in unprecedented, prophetic times, individuals born during the last five or six decades are impacted not only by the common struggles and joys of life, but also by the unspeakable disasters as they occur around the world.

The Beauty of the Wilderness

When your greatest need is to hear the Father's wisdom, and He isn't saying anything, it can be very discouraging. Years ago, I repeatedly cried out to God for an answer to prayer during one of the lowest points in my life. Every day, I'd pour out my heart (AKA—complaining) and beg God to show me what to do. I'd worship Him; although much of the time I was focused on myself.

Those days were spent spewing complaints, calling out for Jesus to rescue me, and quoting Scripture like it was some magic potion instead of something sacred and personal. They were not some of my finer days. Every unhealed soul wound was jumping up and down, waving its arms, trying to get me to face the fear and doubt God wanted to free me from. I was desperate for an answer to prayer, but my desperation was pushing me to strive for answers. If God wasn't going to help, I'd try to make something happen myself. (He was reaching out to me, but I was stuck in my head.) Desperation led to frustration, and I began suffering from panic attacks for the first time in my life. I feel the compassion of the Lord for several in the Body of Christ who are going through unjust cycles of pain and torment from the enemy, even when they have stood firm and steady in their faith. I believe this is a season where the book of remembrance is being opened for God's faithful ones, for the time has come for their reward and justice.

Fairly recently, the Lord gave me a dream where a powerful scene of redemption played out from beginning to end. I was in awe at the faithfulness of our loving Savior as I witnessed this. In the dream, I witnessed an event that I believe is symbolic of the powerful love of our Savior and what took place on the cross.

Kingdom Warriors of Light

God is raising up Kingdom warriors whose sole focus will be the destruction of just one enemy stronghold. It is all too common for those who study dark forces to become darkened in their minds. As warriors of light we have access to the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of God (Romans 13:12; Ephesians 1:17). This wisdom and revelation brings enlargement and insight and is always full of hope. The Kingdom warriors that God is raising up will be laser-focused on the destruction of specific strongholds, but in the process, they will not become darkened in their minds.

On the 22nd of June 2025, it was reported that Iran's Fordow Uranium Enrichment Plant—a facility hidden deep inside a mountain—had been destroyed by twelve massive bunker-buster bombs during Operation Midnight Hammer. In General Dan Caine's briefing on the operation, he emphasized the work of two unnamed officers who started studying the Fordow facility no less than fifteen years earlier.
