Around the first week of June 2023, I had a dream that highlighted a shift from a precarious season to a place of safety, brought about by a timely intervention from the hand of the Lord.

Part 1 of My Dream

In the first part of the dream, I saw Believers who were facing imminent and severe attacks. Huge, unusual-looking insects (which were obviously demonic in nature) swarmed from every side, trying to attack these Believers. The insects looked like large hornets with sharp, pointed instruments on the front of their foreheads, ready to sting and cause damage to their intended victims.

These Believers were on the verge of being stung many times. Although they were never stung, I sensed their intense weariness as they tried all they could to remain on alert in order to avoid the invading insects.  Continue

I'm sure that many are wondering what is wrong with the girl in the photo above. She is not displaying physical sickness or injury, but a sickness of the soul. HOPELESSNESS.

Recent college grads in China, instead of posting celebratory photos on social media, are posting photos like these, expressing their lack of hope at finding a job, even with a degree, or if they do they must join the rat race of working 12 hour days, 6 days a week to try to make it in their world. Also, our third article points out that the Chinese government is still funding programs in U.S. public schools that can influence our kids and teachers towards socialism, especially when paired with the Leftist indoctrination that many schools and teachers are already cramming down our children's throats.

From Fear to Faith - Karen Hardin
We hate to admit this, but fear so often is what brings us to prayer. Something happens that catches us by suprise and we then turn to prayer, seeking God's help. 

Whether we are young in the Lord or mature in our faith, we all have times of crisis that may catch us by surprise. No matter who we are, as long as our response is to turn to God, then we are on the right track, and our God is always faithful to meet us where we are at. Once we have gotten our faith refocused on the promises of God's Word, then God's desire for all of us is that we stay close to Him all the time, not just when we are afraid, facing a crisis.

Trusting in the Lord's Navigation

The GPS on our phones – we have a tendency to listen to the GPS and do what it says. When it tells us to make a turn, we make a turn. When it tells us to merge, we merge. Although my husband Chris, many times, has enjoyed trying to argue with the GPS (which has been a strange position for me to be in), for the most part, it gives a route and we follow it. And if we miss a turn, the GPS says, "Rerouting," and reroutes us to get to the same destination, although it may make our trip longer.

We have a tendency to trust the judgment of the "GPS" over the directions of Almighty God, who sees ALL things – every obstacle, every challenge, every event – and can navigate us accordingly. And if we take a wrong turn, make a wrong choice, go down the wrong road, the Lord will reroute us; and we may have to go a different way to get to the same destination. Though it may take a little longer, we will still reach it.  Continue
