  A Talking Altar

  “. . .and I heard the altar say, ‘Yes, O Lord God the Almighty, true and righteous are Your        judgments’” (Revelation 16:7)

The Book of Revelation is filled with wonders and mysteries. Living creatures with eyes all over their bodies; arch-angels with voices that rumble like thunder; flying eagles that pierce earth’s atmosphere with their declaration; a sea so beautiful that it is described as a clear and transparent crystal; a pearl so massive that it comprises the gate to the Great City (and there are twelve of these “pearl-gates);” a living crystal river that is not subject to the hydrological cycle of evaporation, etc., an ever flowing watercourse that actually imparts life and vitality.  This is only a very partial list of wonders found in the Revelation.

     Obviously, we currently live in an environment that is extremely limited and restrained. I do not know how many dimensions exist in God’s great universe, but apparently, we have experienced only a few of them thus far. If you are a person who enjoys adventure, you are in the right place – in the center of God’s Kingdom. To say, “the best is yet to come” would the understatement of all human history. Perhaps this is the reason why the Bible describes our current life in this world’s realm as a vapor; grass in the field; a fading flower; a single breath.

     And so, we encounter the Altar in heaven. This Altar has something to say.  It speaks because it is living. Only God, the All Creative One, could come up with such a marvel and astounding phenomenon. The words that come from this amazing spectacle declare something that absolutely must be understood by all creatures. The Altar sets straight the reality that when God judges, it is a GOOD thing. "Miraculous Restorations Are Before You!"

Recently I have been sensing something that is weighing so strongly on the Lord's heart; individuals who have suffered great loss and attack from the enemy, where he has stolen from them, creating places of great pain.

For some, they remain in hope and expectation of the Lord's restoration, while others have become tired, discouraged, are in despair and even hopeless in these areas. I heard the Lord speaking over them, "Some of the greatest miraculous restorations are before you; pay attention in expectation over the next 6 months."

A lot of churchgoers yearn for soothing sermons. Meanwhile, a growing company seeks to understand authority, brokenness, and resurrection life. Who are these "others" who have their eyes wide open?

They are too loud for most. They pray longer and deeper than what is "acceptable" in respectable circles. Many Christians don't want to talk about spiritual warfare because they hate confrontation. These "others" know we are at war with principalities and powers of evil.

These "abnormals" are secret weapons—set apart for that perfect moment when God will unleash them on an unsuspecting world. Those who oppose this remnant call them abnormal, but they are not abnormal. They are very normal. We have been subnormal for so long that normal looks abnormal. Maybe you are one of those Jesus followers who loves just a little too much, and you talk about things—awesome things you believe God can still do in this dark and evil time.

To some Christians you are a fanatic. They tell you your agitation is abnormal. They tell you to relax, but that just stokes your inner fire. They tell you, "God is in control and you don't have to worry." But you remember the Word of God, and it tells you to do something. You know that God combs the earth for willing vessels who will take up the mighty weapons of God and thrust the sword of the Spirit into the heart of the powers of darkness.

God Has an Inheritance for You

God is ultimately a God of blessing. He does not want to operate harshly upon His creation. He created you and I, and everyone in this earth, so that He could be a doting Father to us. He is a good God who provides beautifully for His children, giving us good gifts, and He wants to give us an inheritance. Psalm 47:4 says, "He will choose our inheritance for us..."

I live within the inheritance of the Lord. His abundance in my life is something that I now expect because He loves me, and I can feel it. I have seen Him increase me time and time again in many ways. When my enemies come against me, He subdues them. This has happened many times, and I am stronger as a result.

Exposing the Source of Evil in America

I released a post a couple of weeks ago from Exodus 14 about God’s defense of Israel and His judgment of the gods of Egypt. The last god He exposed was Baal-zephon. Yahweh led Israel to the exact location where this god was worshipped and honored, a setting which also effectively trapped the Israelites. With a mountain, the Red Sea, and Pharoah’s army hemming them in, Israel was now unable to flee. Pharoah assumed that his god, considered the lord of the sea, wind, and other facets of nature, had confused and disoriented the Israelites, causing them to wander into this hopeless trap. He believed that although Israel’s God, Yahweh, had overcome all his other gods (through the 10 plagues), his god, Baal-zephon, had now outwitted and overpowered the God of Israel. Yahweh, however, would show who was truly Lord over the wind and seas. You can watch that entire post here or read it here.

Those who wait on the Lord…shall walk and not faint. —Isaiah 40:31

There is no thrill for us in walking, yet it is the test for all of our steady and enduring qualities. To “walk and not faint” is the highest stretch possible as a measure of strength. The word walk is used in the Bible to express the character of a person— “…John…looking at Jesus as He walked…said, ‘Behold the Lamb of God!’ ” (John 1:35-36). There is nothing abstract or obscure in the Bible; everything is vivid and real. God does not say, “Be spiritual,” but He says, “Walk before Me…” (Genesis 17:1).

When we are in an unhealthy condition either physically or emotionally, we always look for thrills in life. In our physical life this leads to our efforts to counterfeit the work of the Holy Spirit; in our emotional life it leads to obsessions and to the destruction of our morality; and in our spiritual life, if we insist on pursuing only thrills, on mounting up “with wings like eagles” (Isaiah 40:31), it will result in the destruction of our spirituality.

Having the reality of God’s presence is not dependent on our being in a particular circumstance or place, but is only dependent on our determination to keep the Lord before us continually. Our problems arise when we refuse to place our trust in the reality of His presence. The experience the psalmist speaks of— “We will not fear, even though…” (Psalm 46:2)— will be ours once we are grounded on the truth of the reality of God’s presence, not just a simple awareness of it, but an understanding of the reality of it. Then we will exclaim, “He has been here all the time!” At critical moments in our lives it is necessary to ask God for guidance, but it should be unnecessary to be constantly saying, “Oh, Lord, direct me in this, and in that.” Of course He will, and in fact, He is doing it already! If our everyday decisions are not according to His will, He will press through them, bringing restraint to our spirit. Then we must be quiet and wait for the direction of His presence.

"But now, this is what the Lord says – He created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel: 'Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze." (Isaiah 43:1-2)

"Fear is one of the greatest weapons the enemy uses to separate My children from Us," I heard Jesus say.

Looking into the spirit, I saw myself floating on the sea of love;

Week #51

Tell Them, "Keep Your Gifts! - Karen Hardin

Dear City Intercessor,

In biblical days, Daniel was confronted and tempted several times to take a bribe. He was also threatened to remain silent and bow to ungodliness. It is no different than what many of our governmental officials face today.

Those in leadership positions both city, state and federally who have boldly spoken out against criminality taking place in our nation and stood for truth have been targeted by those jealous and intent to remove them.

(If you haven’t read my book “Infected: How to Stop the Global Spread of Rage, Deception and Insanity” click here to read chapter one. Jealousy is at the beginning stage of infection!)

How we respond to these threats and bribes determines both our outcome and in part, theirs.

In the days of King Belshazzar (who reigned after Nebuchadnezzar) a disembodied hand was seen writing 4 words on the wall. Daniel was offered a large gift to interpret the words.

Daniel didn’t hesitate in his response to the king as he said, “Keep your gifts!” before giving the interpretation.

Americans and others across the globe find ourselves in an era in which people are being either threatened or bribed to change their vote or their stance.

However, if we bow, we subject ourselves to the same judgement Belshazzar experienced when the hand of God wrote, “Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin.” Which means, “God has numbered your kingdom and put an end to it. You have been weighed on the scales and found deficient. Your kingdom has been divided…”

As we pray for our city, state and nation this week along with our officials, let us pray that they (and we) will be able to stand with courage and say, “Keep your gifts!”

"All Holds Barred - No More Delays!"

Recently, my husband and I received a check that had been held up for nearly a year. In addition, new doors have opened, resources for ministry have been released, and prayers are being answered in greater numbers – many of them, immediately.

As I was contemplating and thanking God for these things, I heard the Holy Spirit whisper, "All holds barred." I had to ask if I'd heard correctly, for I didn't understand. The common term is, "No holds barred." He told me, "All holds that have been placed on what I have stored up for you are now barred from further action. My judgment has been rendered, and release is now tendered, for I have seen you fully surrendered to My will and My ways. Now I decree, no more delays!"

Earlier this month, the Lord spoke to me and said, "It is time to begin serving eviction notices on the devil!" I heard it loud and clear. What He meant by this is that it is time to tell the enemy to get off of our land, out of our buildings, off of our kids and out of our personal homes.

He continued, "It is the time I spoke about to Jeremiah when I said (in Jeremiah 1:10), 'See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.'

"There is a season for all things, and this is the season to ROOT OUT and PULL DOWN and DESTROY the works of darkness that have taken up residence in your nation's government, in your states, and in your individual churches and homes!"

Week #50
Lord, Raise up for Yourself a President
Dear City Intercessor,
 
This is week 50 of City-by-City which represents Jubilee—a time in which there is a release of slavery and debt. I believe it is significant and proclaims where we are headed both as a nation and regarding our personal lives. I encourage you to take hold of it.  
 
This week’s maga hat picture may offend some, but shared as a reminder remember to pray for the Lord to raise up a president for Himself.
 
Facts of the illegitimacy of the Biden administration are undeniable as we remember the middle of the night halt of the vote count in all six states currently in question. Suddenly when everything went back online, Biden, who had been behind, was ahead by staggering amounts in each of these states. Also, on live television were captured screen shots of votes from Trump’s tally switching to Biden’s from one second to another. 
 
The audits in AZ and MI reveal what we all suspected, there are enough illegal votes from dead people, people who voted twice, and mail-in ballots that were never mailed in (no crease) but brought in and scanned sometimes multiple times. If the audits continue, they will find the same to be true in all swing states. I say that confidently because we already had plenty of evidence from poll workers who recorded illegal actions on their phones on election night and after.
 
Facts are facts. The evidence is clear. But even more than that, Kim Clement prophesied that Trump would be in office for TWO terms. Personally I believe that meant two CONSECUTIVE terms. Clement was accurate in all his other prophesies that I have seen. Did he suddenly miss it with this one? He prophesied about Trump years before Trump ran. His prophesies were accurate.
 
Are we ready to believe that God can do what we, in our own strength, cannot? I believe the outcome of the election hinges on whether we stand in prayer for the authentic results of the 2020 election. So many have backed away and say, “It is over.” But it is not until the lies are exposed and justice comes. We must continue to press in with courage. As we declare truth and His Word, He can work. To sit back idly and do nothing is a travesty.

PRAYER:
Lord, raise up for Yourself a president over America who shall cut off the house of Biden, Harris and Obama this day. For they have built for themselves high places and sacred pillars on every high hill and beneath every luxuriant tree. Lord raise up one who will honor You.
Is not their evil abundant? There is no end to their iniquities. They have given no water to the weary to drink, and have withheld bread from the hungry. Lord you see their attempts to shut down the food supply chain, buy up all the farmland and leave it fallow. They seek to create famine Lord. You see their evil actions Lord and we cry out to You for help.
 
They have sent widows away empty, and the arms of the fatherless were crushed. Therefore snares will be all around them, and sudden terror will overwhelm them. There will be darkness, so that they cannot see, and a flood of water will cover them.
 
Lord we tear down in prayer the demonic hedge of protection around Biden/Harris/Obama and their evil administration in which they have set themselves in place as rulers. Just as the walls of Jericho crumbled after the children of Israel walked around them. So we “walk” around this administration in prayer and pray that its walls will also crumble and its evil leaders brought to justice.
 
For the weapons of our warfare are not physical weapons, but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds. By them we refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ.
 
Lord we cry out, “Put an end to the arrogance of the proud and abase the haughtiness of the ruthless.”
 
But blessed be the name of our God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are Yours. You change the times and the seasons. You remove kings and raise up kings. You give wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.
 
We pray for these unjust leaders and say, agree with God, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you. Receive instruction from His mouth, and lay up His words in your heart. If you return to the Almighty you will be built up; if you remove injustice far from your tents. 
 
Lord, you have said that if they do not you will break the staff of the wicked and the scepter of rulers which they have used to strike the people in fury with unceasing strokes. They have subdued the nation in anger with unrestrained persecution.
 
But we declare it is broken and the whole earth will be at rest and quiet. And we will break forth with shouts of joy! This is our jubilee city-by-city intercessors!
 
Behold God is our salvation. We will trust and not be afraid.
