"Are You Living in His Presence Now?"

The glory of God is coming but we must live in His presence now if we expect to walk in His glory later. And it is this very thing – this entering into God's presence now – that satan fights the most.
Yet the nature of our battle is not easily discerned. The enemy does not typically appear with fierce countenance, threatening us with retaliation if we begin to seek God. No, satan's attack is more subtle. He whispers his crafty manipulations, stealing our time and draining us of spiritual passions. He even manipulates the good things of God's blessings to keep us from the best gift of all: God's presence.
The devil has a willing accomplice in our fleshly nature. Recall Solomon's astute observation: "Behold, I have found only this [as a reason]: God made man upright and uncorrupted, but they [both men and women] have sought out many devices [for evil]" (Eccl. 7:29 Amplified). Our "many devices," gadgets, and technologies, for all the convenience they supposedly provide, are not much more than "mind candy." They fritter away our time and energy. READ MORE AT ELIJAH LIST >>>
