Unsolicited seed packs from China have been mailed to residents in Texas, as well as, a few other states. It is important that you don't open them or throw them away as the Department of Agriculture fears they may be harmful to American crops. See the article below.
Also, persecution continues in China for leaders and members of a prominent Chinese church. We must remember to pray for the persecuted in China and around the world.
PRAY IN AGREEMENT WITH US
Father, we do take a moment to agree together with all the other believers receiving this email on behalf of the pastors and believers that are suffering for their faith. Jesus suffered for us and even told his disciples that his followers would face persecution. Lord, we pray that they will keep their focus on you so that you can keep their hearts and minds in perfect peace. Comfort them. Reassure them that you are near even in the dark times. Strengthen their faith and resolve to keep standing for you. Where they may have faltered in their faith and possibly even denied your name to ease their pain, quickly help them to realize that you have not left them and you offer them no shame when they repent. As our loving Father you are watching and ready to run to them.
Strengthen all the families and loved ones of the persecuted as they are suffering as well. Keep them in your precious love. Provide for them through every means necessary, even with miraculous provision. They are your precious children Lord. As we would want you to provide and bless them if we were the ones in prison, bless them abundantly Lord Jesus. Where children are growing up without their mom or dad due to this persecution, help these children know that you are their Father and that you care and that you see them. Turn every bad situation around for good. In the mighty name of Jesus!
