Recently, I was invited to minister at a church in Ohio. As I walked through the halls surrounding the sanctuary before service, I suddenly entered an open vision.
I saw waters rising and rushing against the hallways. The waters intensified until they became a flood. Over and over, I heard the Holy Spirit declare, "The rivers are rising! Rivers rising! Rivers rising!"
As the vision unfolded, I saw rivers rising throughout America. Waters surged through Washington, D.C., filling the White House, the Capitol, the Supreme Court, and other government buildings. These rivers then flowed into state capitals, through cities and towns, and across nations around the world. I saw them flooding schools and universities, sweeping through the marketplace—businesses, malls, and shopping centers. They poured into streets, parking lots, and open fields. READ MORE
