When to Use a Jack-Hammer

Disappointment comes to visit from time to time.  Disappointment usually brings his two cousins: Discouragement and Despondency.  These unwelcome visitors must receive an appropriate reception when they seek to come through our front door. 

First, you must determine that they cannot stay.  It is not a time to be polite. You must come directly to the point without hesitation. If Discouragement somehow gets into your front lobby, decisive action is required.  read more >>>
