This is a prophetic warning. It is the first time the Holy Spirit has ever compelled me to prophesy over an election.

The first words I heard were, “Daughter of Lies.” The second words I heard were, “There is no coming back from this.”

The Lord took me to 1 Samuel 8. Israel wanted a king. God told Samuel to solemnly warn the people that they were choosing disaster.

1 Samuel 8:7-9, And the Lord said to Samuel, “Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them. According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt, even to this day—with which they have forsaken Me and served other gods—so they are doing to you also. Now therefore, heed their voice. This week, we are going to cover some important biblical prophecies about the end of the age. Some of what I will cover here may be challenging for those who have only been taught the modern evangelical/Pentecostal eschatology which became dominant in these parts of the church after the 1844 Advent Movement.
 

      This new eschatology, or theology about the end of the age,  attributed the books of Daniel and Revelation, and some biblical prophecies, as being almost exclusively about the very end of the age, which they considered to be imminent in 1844. This was in contrast to the eschatology of the Catholic Church and that embraced by virtually the entire Protestant Church. Of these, the Protestant eschatology was the closest to that of the first century apostles and prophets and also mostly what was adopted by the “early church fathers” who wrote prior to the Council of Nicaea.

      The first century apostles and early church fathers had expected these prophecies to unfold from their time until the end of the age. This eschatology was recovered during the Reformation. The teachers and theologians of that time saw how much of what had been predicted in these prophecies, especially in Daniel and Revelation, had been accurately fulfilled during the period from the first century until the beginning of the Reformation in the early 1500s. Vision

On Sunday morning (August 25, 2024), during our worship time, I had a vision. I was reminded of a time when Tom and I were traveling to Korea for ministry and a yellow, industrial dust blew over from China. It completely polluted the atmosphere and actually poisoned my lungs, giving me pneumonia and bronchitis numerous times over the next eighteen months until I was healed.

A Polluted Atmosphere

What I saw in the spirit was that this dust was like the toxic spiritual atmosphere over America at this time. I saw the dust choking out the breath of God from the Ekklesia. It was making it difficult to breathe and release life or declare what God was saying, additionally causing fatigue and disengagement.

The toxic dust was filling the ears, keeping people from hearing the word of the Lord. It was burning the eyes, keeping people from being able to see clearly what is ahead.

OUR PSALM 37 MOMENT

This is our Psalm 37 moment.

The righteous are speaking to one another. They are baffled. How did it come to this? Just when we had hope, a massive, withering, crushing attack strikes the presidential election.

How can this election be close? No one in their right mind can fall for this. Or can they?

A widespread heaviness and sorrow grips God’s people over this election. What caused this sudden turn?

It is a masterstroke of Satan. It is his tried and true formula. He has done it over and over again.

Here is how he does it:

-Introduce a Trojan horse under the guise of justice and equality.

-Create a ruling class who will do anything for money and power.

-Use them to place puppets in government and media. Control the teleprompter. Let them mouth peace—but only as a mouthpiece.

-Seduce young minds to believe in something that has never worked—and will never work. Social justice is the perfect bait.

-Foment hate toward everything that made America prosperous, strong, and safe.

We have come to America’s darkest hour. We are witnessing a vast coalition of liars churning out the largest disinformation campaign in history.

PROPHETIC DREAM: PRAYER ALERT concerning PRESIDENT TRUMP, UPCOMING ELECTIONS, and THE CHILDREN

I dreamt I was in an apartment building in an older section of town with lots of people milling around. Still in my bathrobe, I had gone outside to the back deck to see what was happening. Through a wooden fence I could see a crowd starting to gather next door.

I then saw Sean Feucht on the deck and he came up to me asking if I was going to “join them.” I saw behind him a lunch meeting about to start. Apparently he had asked me this question before but I had never given him an answer. I then looked back through the gated fence to see what was happening.

The crowd was growing and I saw a bunch of secret service men begin to swarm the area and start directing people to the side. One came through the gate and began to steer me away. I quickly went back inside where others had gathered. I told them that secret service men were here – which meant that President Trump was probably close behind. He was making an appearance here.

I went upstairs to look out a window and watch. When I got to the window I saw a pastor’s wife I used to know who has since passed on (I knew her name meant “wisdom”). She was looking out intently with some others who had gathered in a line behind her. They wanted to watch the yard below where Trump would be. I noticed the window was really old with peeling paint and a rickety wooden screen. The pastor’s wife went to raise the window so we could hear better.       I am 75 years old—three-quarters of a century old—and think I may have lived the best life ever lived on the planet. It keeps getting better. I’ve had my share of trials, some of which I wondered if I would survive. However, I can affirm the promise in Romans 8:28, that “All things work together for good for those who love the Lord,” is true every time.
 
      I usually write these Words for the Week months before they’re published, and I marvel at how often they are timely.
